Slo Poke Pastures began with a lifelong dream. In 2009, the owner purchased nearly 100 acres and began with two Beefalo affectionately named Mama and Daddy. Over a decade of growth later, the farm now includes 120 +/- acres and a herd of about 50 Beefalo. Originally serving only a small group of loyal clients, Slo Poke has grown for new families to enjoy locally raised, high-quality meat.
